Yakuza Samurai

I designed and created this character using a semi-realistic technique for an independent company. The boss villain's design draws from a fusion of Japanese culture, incorporating elements of the Yakuza, sumo wrestlers, and samurai, all within a cyberpunk aesthetic featuring extensive body modifications. I began with quick sketches to conceptualize the idea, followed by photobashing to refine the style and gather inspiration. The final model was created in ZBrush, then rendered and enhanced with photobashing and paint-over techniques to achieve the desired semi-realistic look
